Reporting maintenance issues

We understand that sometimes things can go wrong in our rental properties and quite often this will happen at the most inconvenient time. For properties managed by Mint Homes we have a team of reliable contractors at our disposal.

We have now made it easier for tenants to report maintenance issues by introducing an online reporting system. The picture based system allows tenants to easily and accurately report repairs in over 40 languages. It can also help tenants identify the problem and provide information, in certain cases it may be possible, to resolve the issue themselves.
