safeagent Awareness Week 2019

We’re proud to be one of the 3,000 professional lettings agents across the UK who are uniting for safeagent Awareness Week, 17-21 June 2019. Now in its eighth year, safeagent Awareness Week celebrates good, professional agents operating in the Private Rented Sector.

At Mint Homes we were part of the original safeagent campaign where we campaigned to make it mandatory for all letting and management agents to have Client Money Protection (CMP) to ensure that landlords and tenants’ money was fully protected. Thanks to all safeagents like us, CMP is now mandatory, and we’re proud to say we’ve already had this consumer protection measure in place for your benefit. Now as part of safeagent, the largest UK wide accreditation scheme for lettings and management agents, we are professionals in our sector, offering a range of services, delivered with the highest levels of customer service and compliance. There are a lot of changes to legislation currently happening in the sector and we are here to assist you with advice and support.
