The Negotiator Awards were established in 2008 and have become the most prestigious awards ceremony for the UK residential estate and letting agency industry.

There is a lot of competition for these awards so to be even shortlisted was fantastic for us but then to be a winner in such a big category as North East and North West Agency of the Year is amazing. We couldn't do it without our lovely tenants and landlords so it is really down to them!
